Parent Support Group – Part 2: Proactive and Positive Parenting Skills

This March 13, 2019 discussion will be a follow-up to our February 13th parent support group about utilizing positive parenting skills.  Don’t worry – if you weren’t able to make the first session there will still be plenty of skills you can learn!

Here at HPA/LiveWell our therapists want to help you find the best ways to communicate and set boundaries for and with your child so that you can build a trusting and positive relationship.

Melissa Them, PhD is a NYS Licensed Psychologist specializing in the assessment and treatment of childhood mental health disorders.  She has experience with children of all ages and their parents and has been with HPA/LiveWell since its opening in 2010.  Dr. Them can be heard speaking in schools around the Capital Region a variety of topics relevant to children and parents.
