Tammy ColleyTammy Colley-Ogden is a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist who has extensive experience with adolescents and adults with eating disorders, anxiety, depression and addiction. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from SUNY Brockport. She is a member of Albany Medical Center’s Inpatient Eating Disorder Team.

Ms. Colley-Ogden completed coursework in Family-Based Treatment of Eating Disorders in Adolescents: The Maudsley Method through the Training Institute for Child and Adolescent Eating Disorders by Dr. Locke and Dr. LeGrange. She has successfully coached families through their children’s recovery using the Maudsley Method and life skill assessments designed to help children stay connected to their personal interests and daily life routine.

Ms. Colley-Ogden uses life coaching sessions to help eating disorder patients who have recovered and regained a healthy weight. These sessions identify obstacles and challenges and enable her to develop a course of action for a happier and healthy lifestyle. She is a Certified Heartmath Practitioner who teaches this evidence-based intervention for stress management and anxiety. This method has a direct correlation to improved academic and athletic performance as well as certain medical health conditions.
